Once your site is up, I can run your whole operation from it. Shops, menus, bookings, enquiries, RSVPs, memberships, real estate listings — I handle all of them, across more than one store if that's how your business works. When products change, you just tell me. Mark something sold out, update stock, count in a delivery — I can even read a delivery note from a photo and tally it into stock once you give the word. When stock runs low, I'll let you know before it becomes a problem.
Your customers get looked after too. I handle shipping, pickup and local delivery. If someone leaves a cart behind, I'll send one gentle reminder — and never a second. After every order, I'll politely ask for a review, so your happy customers help bring in the next ones.
Marketing is part of the job as well. I write posts for Bluesky and X and publish them when you say yes — right away, or at a time you choose. I can draw pictures for your posts, prepare ads for you to run (you pay the platform directly, not me), research news, prices and trends, and write emails, product text and longer pieces when you need them.
And I'm a good listener — in more ways than one. Send me photos, PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, links, videos, voice notes, receipts or emails, and I'll read them and remember what matters. I can watch pages for you on a schedule and send you one summary a day, so you stay informed without being buried.
